The terms of this agreement are between the user and Bargainadsplus. By using Bargainadsplus the user agrees to abide by all of the terms and or conditions of the agreement. If user does not agree to the terms of this agreement, they may not and do not have the right to access, view, or use this service.

1. Definitions:

"Bargainadsplus" refers to this website and does not include shareholders, developers, or operators of the company.

"User(s)" refers to any person who views, uploads, or has uploaded media files to Bargainadsplus.

"Registered User" refers to an individual who has provided Bargainadsplus with a specific username, password, email address, and has, in return, been given privileges beyond those given to "Users" of Bargainadsplus.

2. User's rights and limitations:

Bargainadsplus reserves the right to decide appropriate content and may delete uploaded materials given by "Registered User(s)" at anytime. Bargainadsplus also reserves the right to remove or alter any videos which compromises the security of our server at any time. Bargainadsplus assumes no liability for "Registered Users" lost registration links or forgotten media upload urls. The "Registered User" is responsible to keep track of their information and maintain the confidentiality of their account access information. "Registered Users" are also responsible for ALL activities that occur under their account. Any user found to be uploading any of the following media will have their IP address banned from the site and will not be able to upload to Bargainadsplus's site. We may and probably will contact the appropriate authorities in regards to the offending content. We will also provide them with your information and the time of the upload of the offending media. This information may be used against you to find and prosecute you.

You agree not to use Bargainadsplus's services to upload ANY of the following types of media.

a. Media files which contain pornography or nudity.
b. Media files which are considered to be pedophiliac. This includes the depiction of persons under the age of 18 posing in a sexually implicit or explicit manner or partaking in explicit sexual situations.
c. Media files which contain a distasteful or gory nature. For example any media containing scenes of death or overwhelming physical abuse to humans or animals.
d. Media files that promote hate or racism towards an identifiable group(s).
e. Media files aimed to harass individual(s).
f. Media files which violate any U.S. law in regards to digital content usage.
g. Media files that infringe on the rights of legitimate copyright holders are not allowed.
h. Media files in a format which do not adapt to the allowed file types on Bargainadsplus.
i. The pictures, images, or videos are the property of the "Registered User" and Bargainadsplus.

Any use of the aforementioned materials without permission from the "Registered User" AND Bargainadsplus is prohibited. Users must use Bargainadsplus's link provided to them at the time of upload. Any user who attempts to bypass the measures in place will have all of their media removed from the site. The user will also be disallowed from uploading content on Bargainadsplus's site in the future.

Again, "Registered Users" found to be in violation of the aforementioned media types will have their membership revoked, which means their account information will be cancelled and deleted, their contract is null and void and payment will not be returned, and all other media uploaded by the "Registered User" will be removed from Bargainadsplus's site.

3. Legal Policy, Copyright Policy & Miscellaneous Points:

Registered Users of Bargainadsplus are now informed that the initial signup is on a subscription basis. This means your credit card will have a reoccurring charge each month on the day you signed up. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us.

Bargainadsplus may change the terms of this agreement at anytime without prior notice. "Users" who view uploaded media or otherwise use Bargainadsplus agree not to involve Bargainadsplus in any legal action. "Users" of Bargainadsplus are fully and legally responsible for the contents or media and video(s) that they upload to Bargainadsplus.

"Registered User" are to abide with all laws that pertain to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Media that violates copyrights or trademarks is not allowed and is the responsibility of the "Registered User" or uploader. All uploaded media are © to their owners. Bargainadsplus is not liable for the content of any uploaded media and files, nor is it a subsidiary in any way with individuals that may be depicted within the contents of the uploaded media. If another user files an infringement claim against you, the "Registered User", you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is settled. Should a dispute arise between "Registered Users" users regarding a piracy file, Bargainadsplus is under no requirement to become involved.

"Registered User" are not to reproduce or otherwise attempt to extract source code (or the underlying ideas, algorithms, structure) from the service, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by local law.

"Registered User" Not to violate any Federal, State, Municipal, or commercial laws by or with the use of the service.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Bargainadsplus be responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other economic loss) materializing out of the use of or inability to use the service, even if Bargainadsplus has been enlightened of the possibility of such detriments.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES

Under the terms of use agreement Bargainadsplus' entire liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the "Registered User" to use this service.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

No modification of the terms of use agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by the "Registered User" and an Executive Officer of Bargainadsplus.
